We clean up nice :) (Birthday 2011)
This lovely lady (Alyssa) and I went to yoga again on Saturday at Lululemon. There are different instructors with their unique class. This person does vinyasa which was different a style but one I've done before. I actually liked this class a lot. It moves nicely and I like how I learned new challenging poses.
This one is peacock. I failed miserably at it!
This is the crow pose. I almost fell flat on my face trying this!
There is no free yoga this week because of Thanksgiving. Also, it's a short work week and I'm stoked!
